Position Description
The Team Lead for Data plays a pivotal role within our organization, reporting directly to the Program Lead. This position carries significant accountability, focusing on product ownership, architecture, delivery, and operations within the Data domain.
Targets in that Position

– Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product owners, architects, and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment within the EDP Data domain.- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on Data Platforms, Cloud Native concepts, and Hyperscale Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. Ensure robust product ownership, oversee architecture, and manage the delivery and operations lifecycle within the Data domain.- Product Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of data-related products, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, and quality standards.- Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to leverage organizational resources and optimize data services within the context of Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Mesh principles.- Big Data Landscape: Apply in-depth knowledge of Big Data area technologies and reference architectures (Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse) to drive data-related initiatives
