• Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support product owner to manage product backlog.
• Support in coordinating delivery of work items on time in full.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex data projects into manageable tasks and user stories.
• Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure the team is consistently delivering high-quality data solutions on time and within budget.
• Promote continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices and providing coaching and guidance to the team.
• Team Empowerment and Self-Organization: The Scrum Master should strive to empower the team to become self-organizing and self-managing. This target involves fostering a collaborative and autonomous environment where team members take ownership of their work, make decisions collectively, and continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

Profile Requirements:

The individual must be at a mid-level in agile coaching with proven skills and experience with

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in data-related projects.
• Good understanding of data management concepts and technologies, including data integration, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and their associated challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Must-have competencies / skills (must have unless otherwise noted)
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proficient in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track and manage project progress.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and release management
• Ability to identify and implement Agile metrics to measure team performance and project success.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
