Migration of an existing reporting solution (Microstrategy on Prem) to a Microstrategy environment in the Azure Cloud

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Analysing the existing MicroStrategy reports and metadata. – Planning and implementation of the migration of the reports to the new environment
• If necessary, adapting the reports and the metadata model in MicroStrategy
• Ensuring the functionality and performance of the reports after the migration
• Carrying out tests and validating the report results
• Collaboration with the data engineers to optimise data provision

Anforderungen:

• Experience with the migration of BI reports, especially MicroStrategy. – Knowledge of modelling and implementation of BI solutions
• Understanding of data modelling and performance optimisation
• Experience working with Oracle and possibly Exasol as backend systems. – Knowledge of SQL and BI meta-data management
• Experience with creating and implementing role concepts in MicroStrategy
