A minimum experience of 4 years as a Product Owner/Product Manager in delivering an enterprise IAM
service (eg based on Keycloak) to customers (internal or external to your organization) for developing and
operating cloud-native apps.
Writing Product Management “artifacts” for all products in the IAM Product Line and keeping them up to
date. Product Management artifacts include, but not limited to:
o Product Roadmap
o Product Specification (use cases and user journeys)
o Prioritized Feature backlogs
• Providing inputs and reviewing customer-facing Product Description describing the high-level features and
capabilities for your products
• Ensuring timely delivery of Product Management deliverables while adhering to the highest quality
standards
• Engaging with customer stakeholders, in collaboration with Customer Success, to:
o Communicate the overall IAM products value proposition, roadmap, and progress status of your
products.
o Understand customer “pain points” and needs and reflect those in the Product Management documents
stated above.
• Identifying and documenting gaps in IAM product offerings and be a “voice of the customer” to document
and prioritize requirements to fill those gaps.
